🎫 GENERAL
By commissioning me, you, as the client, automatically agree to the following conditions, are familiar with the consequences of breaking them, and accept their terms. Please read this entirely and carefully. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the rejection and/or cancelation of your commission and possible blacklisting. If there are any questions, please get in contact with me.• Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use their commissioned artwork for any kind of AI, machine learning, or blockchain-related technology. This includes NFTs, cryptocurrency, web3, or any future innovations in these spaces. Regardless of whether or not the client has purchased commercial rights.• When commissioning me, you are paying for my time and service, not the artwork itself. If you wish to purchase monitazation or commercial rights to the artwork I create, this must be discussed beforehand.• As the artist, I retain all rights to the art I create and may utilize it as I see fit.• Regardless of the subject matter, all parties involved in the commission process must be at least 18 years of age.• The client must demonstrate a reasonable understanding of the English language to commission me. If you cannot understand these terms of service, or if I am unable to understand what you want, I cannot proceed with the commission.• Failure to read or abide by these terms may result in the cancellation of your commission and/or permanent blacklisting.
If you wish to know the status of your commission, you can check my trello.• Anything not covered by this TOS will be dealt with in a manner agreed upon or most fair to both parties.• When sharing your commission, please ensure you are uploading image[s] labeled as GLAZED or PUBLIC only. All other versions are for personal offline use only. If you are found uploading full-sized versions, you will either be blacklisted or no longer receive full-sized versions of future commissions going forward.• Do not upload my art onto Twitter, e621, or any other 'archive'/'booru' site.• I reserve the right to deny my services as I see fit.

👔 COPYRIGHT
• In accordance with international copyright laws, I, the artist, am the sole copyright holder of all works created by myself, commissioned or otherwise. The intellectual property of characters, species, locations, and situations depicted in my work is the property of their respective owners.• As the artist, I reserve the right to post one or all versions I create and use the full unwatermarked commission image as I see fit; whether it be for tutorial purposes, portfolio, advertisement, practice, usage in art packs, Patreon rewards, prints, promotion, art books, or merchandise.• Clients may only use their commissioned piece for non-profit/personal use unless commercial rights have been purchased.• Monitization and commercial rights are available at a separate rate and must be discussed beforehand.✉️ COMMUNICATION
• Communication will be done either through the FA note system, Discord [Conter.Business], or email; whichever is the preferred way for you. I do not have Telegram.• It is important that the client is responsive in order for me to complete the commission in a timely manner.• If the commission is in progress, or has been completed, and the client is unresponsive for more than 2 weeks, the commission may be delayed or cancelled, depending on how much work has been completed.• Commissions involving multiple parties will be dealt with through one representative of the group, elected by the group, with whom I will communicate and share files.• These lines of communication are for business use only. Do not use them for idle chit chat unrelated to the commission, or to be overly friendly and flirt with me.💰 PAYMENT & REFUNDS
• I begin work once full payment is received. Or half for payment plans.• Payment must be made within 24 hours of the invoice's due date unless we've discussed an alternate timeline or the commission may be cancelled.• I accept payment through invoice in USD only.• I have the right to cancel and refund a commission for any reason. If the cancellation is initiated by me, the refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.• If the client requests a refund while the commission is in progress, the refund will be based on the amount of work that has already been completed in addition to any edits and service fees that have been accrued.• I will not refund complete or nearly completed commissions.

👥 CHARACTERS
All owners of the characters being presented must agree to the commission purchased. Exceptions may be made for gifts and some popular IP-related characters.• Characters must be in line with my will/won’t draw guidelines to be submitted.• If the commission is a surprise gift for a friend or partner, please let me know ahead of time so I can keep discretion.• I may deny your commission if I find or suspect you are abusing this exception or feel that the subject matter may be concerning in some way.💼 REFERENCES
Please include proper references for your character(s) that clearly depict what you want (skin color, fur color, height, hairstyle, etc). It is up to you to provide an accurate reference for all their unique aspects.• Partial, incomplete or heavily shaded references may incur a fee or be declined outright. The only exception being if your character is very simple.• I am not at fault for inaccuracies or missing markings/features should improper references be provided or if your character is difficult to decipher.• Further, if a color for a detail is not given, I may pick one for you (IE: mouth, paw pad color, nails, etc.)• If I miss something that is not specified in your commission details or reference(s), I will not change it without a fee.• Please provide a ref of your character's parts if requesting NSFW themes. I will not 'design' one for you.• I will not work from purely written descriptions.

📋 PROCESS
Once the first payment has been received, I will begin working. You will then be sent either a rough or refined sketch to look over and provide feedback (this is where major edits should be requested). Once all edits have been made and/or the sketch is approved, I will move on once full payment has been received.Edits beyond the sketch phase, or repeated edits that slow the commission process down during said phase, will incur a fee at an hourly rate of $30 or be outright denied.Additionally, when requesting edits, please condense them into as few messages as possible, and take the time to triple-check the work before asking for revisions (IE: send one message asking to change the expression, tail, and paws; not one message for each). If you find yourself struggling to communicate the edit you want, I accept redlining. In fact, I highly encourage it in instances where you wish for something to be moved or made bigger/smaller. Saves guesswork.WIP shots will be provided over the following work sessions as I continue with the piece until a final screenshot is sent for approval. Once approved, I will begin saving all versions of your commission and send you a link to download it. If you notice any last-minute errors during this time, please inform me ASAP so I can correct them before fully finalizing the commission.Finally, please keep in mind poses, ideas, and drafts that are not selected for your commission may be worked into YCHs, other commissions, or personal images. If you are interested in saving a pose for a future commission with me, please let me know ahead of time.⏰ TURNAROUND TIME
If communication is kept up between both parties at a quick or reasonable pace, the estimated time of completion is 1-3 months unless I've stated otherwise.If you are further down in my queue, your piece could take longer. More complicated pieces may also take longer or be divided into more digestible workloads to make it easier to manage. I will do my best to keep in contact and let you know of any changes in my schedule or events that may affect your commission.🤝 DELIVERY AND CLIENT USAGE RIGHTS
Upon completion of your commission, ,you will be given the watermarked full-res (PRIVATE) and small-res (PUBLIC) versions of your piece via link unless you paid for a private commission (then you will only receive the full-res).• Please ONLY post the PUBLIC version(s) of your commission online.• The full-res files are reserved for private, offline, use only. If you wish to have a larger version to share with friends, let me know and I will provide a medium-sized version for you.• You may edit or crop your commission for use as an icon, social media banner, emote, Discord/Telegram sticker, etc.• You may print out your commission for yourself, family, friends, or any other non-profit use.

📢 CLIENT PRESERVATION DISCLAIMER
Once the commission is completed, it is the client's duty to save all files provided to their computer and/or hard drive(s) as soon as possible.• Links remain live for up to 1 month. I have limited storage available, so I cannot host them indefinitely.• I will usually keep files on hand for about 3 months before clearing working PSDs (but this may not always be the case). If you find you need a new copy of your files, please message me ASAP. If available, I will send you a new copy, but this is not always a guarantee.🎨 POST WORK EDITS
Clients may make edits to their own commission(s), or even hire a third party to make them, after work between us has concluded, without prior permission from me. This means clients may: color, paint, or render out sketches/lineart they've gotten from me, create backgrounds for their images, make edits to their own character based on future iterations of them (or for whatever reason), add in additional kinks, or even fix errors neither of us caught during the original process, etc.My only stipulation is that my clients follow these guidelines when editing my work:• Ensure my watermark remains visible and intact.• Do not alter any character(s) in the commission that do not belong to you, unless you have gotten the character(s) owner’s permission for the edit.• Do not alter the image in a way that promotes or directs hatred towards any race, gender, sexuality, religion, individual, group of people, or similar.• The edit(s) must not include the addition of pedophilia, cub, loli, or shota-related content.• Please describe/mention what was edited on the picture and by whom in the description, if possible, when posting.• Try to keep a copy of the original file on hand if possible for preservation purposes.• The new image may not to be used for commercial purposes by the client(s) and/or the editor(s) themselves, no matter how much has been changed.Private commissions must adhere to the above rules as well.If you have any questions or concerns about your planned edits, please feel free to contact me. Depending on my queue length, I may also be available for post-work edits at a rate of $30 per hour.📝 COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
If you wish to buy partial (monetized) or full commercial rights to your commission, they are available at an additional fee. Please make this clear during your initial commission inquiry so I can ensure the file is set up properly. Commercial rights (partial, full, or upgrade) may be purchased at a later date if desired. Just reach out to me.If you are found to be using your commission for profit without permission, you will be required to pay an additional fee on top of the commercial fee you owe and will be blacklisted from all future commissions until then.Once the rights are purchased, they do not expire. Creation and distribution of digital end products shared to commercial and monetized social and content platform accounts belonging to the Licensee. Examples of use:— Use in ads, personal branding, stream overlays, cover/decoration images for paid posts, or promotional/vanity image for streams, banners, events, monetized posts, etc,Commercial [full rights]: + 200%
Creation and distribution of digital and physical content to promote the resale of value-added digital or physical end products created by the Licensee. Examples of use:— Any form of merchandising, books, shows, movies, video games, etc.Even if you have bought full commercial rights, my artwork may not be utilized in ventures related to AI/Machine learning, or any kind of blockchain-related technology. This includes the use and/or promotion of NFTs, cryptocurrency, web3, or any future inventions in these spaces.

🎁 PARTIALLY PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
Depending on what is desired, private commissions may be offered without an additional fee.• If you would simply not like your username credited in the description, be sure to let me know beforehand in your form.• If you wish for the commission to remain private until a certain date [IE: birthday or anniversary] just let me know the date when it can be posted in your inquiry.• If the commission is a gift for someone who has access to my Discord or Patreon rewards, it will not be posted there until the set date.🔒 100%PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
These are commissions in which I will never post online, to my Patreon, utilize in any artpacks, merch, or commission examples. Private commissions may be used commercially if desired, as the price is the same.• Please inform me ahead of time if you wish to have the commission private. I stream commissions publicly and post WIPs to my Discord, so you need to tell me beforehand so that there isn't a chance it's already been shared.• Requests for privatization after the artwork is completed may be denied due to the above.• If you have paid for a private commission and later decide you want to utilize it commercially, you do not need to ask me.• If you later find that you need revisions or edits to your commission, I am available for them at a rate of $30 per hour.• Private commissions may be deleted from my hard drive after completion to ensure I make no mistake and post it. Keep this in mind in the event you are ever in need of an additional copy of your commission.• If you post your private commission in the future or share it with someone who later leaks it, this fee is nonrefundable.
